Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Shapes To Breath Into


This alignment-based yoga class is for anyone that wants to feel more grounded, stronger and flexible in the mind, body and spirit. This will be a 60 minute soulful yoga class that will mindfully, smoothly and beautifully transition from sun salutations, standinding poses, balancing poses, inversion, breathwork and meditation. Expect to heal, feel energized and feel fantastic. All levels are welcome.
