Do I need to sign up?
Yes! Our yoga room is small and intimate, space is limited and we don't want you to miss an opportunity to practice yoga. ;]
What if I need to cancel or reschedule class?
No problem we have a 4 hour cancellation policy. You can early cancel up to 4 hour prior to class start time. LATE CANCELS OR NO SHOWS: members will be charged a $10 fee & students with class packages will lose one class. Students with new student unlimited two weeks will lose one day.
Can I take class if I never practice yoga?
Absolutely! Yoga is for everyone and every body. When you take class at YIV we do our very best to make you feel a home and to teach you the yoga practice to feel great and healthy.
